At Red Land Cotton, we take pride in our heirloom-quality linens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our farm-to-home team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
